If you have babies or toddlers, you will benefit from the specific objectives of each class. As an added bonus, you’ll make some amazing friends along the way!
For best results, we recommend attending classes 2-3 times per week. However, even once a week can provide benefits. Consistency is key, so choose a schedule that works for you.
Not at all! We offer classes for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate safely and comfortably.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement. For Pilates and yoga, form-fitting clothes are best as they allow the instructor to check your alignment.
