Not only will you learn valuable skills and explore the type of business you want to create, you'll also be apart of a community of like minded individuals along the way! Why choose me as your coach?
I began my teaching career as a Certified Essentrics Instructor in 2011 when I was finishing up my business degree at McGill University. Upon graduation I taught Essentrics classes at the flagship studio in Montreal, and worked as a marketing coordinator with the Teacher Training Department at the company’s head office. As my passion for health and wellness developed, I moved to Toronto and began teaching at some of the top studios, health clubs and corporate offices in the city. Over the years, I’ve completed all 4 levels of my Essentrics Certification, Pilates Mat certification, participated in pre/postnatal workshops. and have worked as an Essentrics exam evaluator and Essentrics TV (ETV) host.
